Data Deletion Request
Your right to delete your data. You may request that ClosingCloud AI delete any personal information we hold about you, including data collected through our website, Meta lead ads, or our automated lead response system. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
What data we may hold about you
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Property interest details or notes submitted by a real estate agent
- Records of automated call or SMS contact
- Appointment or calendar information
- Data submitted through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ad
What happens after you submit
We will verify your identity, locate all records associated with your contact information, and delete them from our systems and any connected third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel, Google Sheets CRM, Twilio, and Retell AI) within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Note: we may be required by law to retain certain records. If any data must be retained, we will inform you of the reason and the retention period.
